Chalet built in 1950 by my father, a mountain guide. Currently divided into 2 apartments forming part of a condominium. I have the apartment on a part of the ground floor with a private garden.
The apartment is completely renovated in a Savoyard style by our neighbor carpenter, specialist in renovation. We wanted it to be "cozy" and pleasant to live in, equal to its exceptional location in Chamonix. Classified 2 stars. Accommodation capacity from 2 to 4 people

The 33 chemin de la Perrière is located between Les Nants and Les Praz in the Chamonix valley, the chalet is ideally located to access the ski areas, and a pedestrian path, lighted at night, 1 km along the Arve, takes you to Chamonix or Les Praz. The shuttle of Illettes stop is 50 m away from Chemin de la Perrière, a path that starts right in front of a garden center.
